This is my first villain to reach level 50.  Essentially the character is supposed to be the "other" person involved in the accident that gave High Beam her powers.  Initially when designing my villains on the release of CoH, I wanted them all to be identified as nemesis of my heroes.  That plan has been dropped for most of my toons, but this one is still the case.  Low Beam was my designated villain Badge Hunter but I just don't have any fun with this toon because the fact that she is Kinetics, that's all everyone wants . . . fucking Speed Boost.  I have reached my cap of being asked for Speed Boost, so I respeced out of it.  Now she is going to the scrap heap, being retired to Protector since I have assigned Munitions Mistress as my primary villain Badge hunter.  She still resides on Freedom, but once I have gutted her of her cash and any Set IO's, she will be transferred to Protector.

Originally conceived as an Assault Rifle/Devices Blaster on the hero side (a version of that type existed on Virtue server and was relocated to Freedom with a dash added between the two words), I decided to alter her story concept radically.  Plus I needed to throw out some lesser heroes I had created in order to make room for some villains (this was prior to my getting my second account).  She is, for lack of a better term, the evolution of my RPG/comic villain Blaster (aka bazooka Boy aka Bazookor).  She was originally identified as the nemesis of Snap-Shot, and the story tie remains, but she is no longer intrinsic to the other.  I really enjoy playing her and she has the most story material written to support her.  I changed gears and designated her as my primary villain badge hunter and man I really really love this toon.  Masterminds are the villain equivalent of Blasters for me regarding fun and profit.

When this set came out I played with them on test where you could get a bump to level 40 and play in Recluse Victory and I had a blast so I made one.  I really enjoy playing this character.  He is my highest level villain on my second account.  This toon may very well become my first level 50 on the second account, but only time will tell.  This toon is partiipating in the PvP Reputation farm.

I wanted to create a Dominator that we did not have in the Babes (at the time), our lead Dom was a Plant Dom.  I didn't like fire and had enough of the other sets so I went with what I was comfortable with from my days with Siberian Shield.  She was conceived as the foe of Highland Hammer, but now is simply a renegade from the CoT.  In time I will get my focus going again and will drive this toon up to 50 but she has been sort of placed on the back burner due to the experimenting with new toons and powersets as well as the badging drive with Munitions Mistress.

This is the Nemesis of Siberian Shield and that remains.  Originally I rolled her as an Electric Melee/Electric Armor Brute when the power set came out but I despised the armor so I re-rolled her to what she is today.  I like Brutes the least of all the Villain AT's and overall hate them only third to Kheldin's and Stalkers.  This toon will soon be moved to Protector once I get the newer Dual Blades character, Dueling Dervish, to the same level.  The toon is somewhat annoying and will soon be relocated to Protector in a RETIRED status due to my creating of the Dual Blades Brute.

Originally he was a Stone Armor/Stone Melee Tanker on Virtue, then he was an Invulnerability/Stone Melee Tanker.  But after running two toons with Invulnerability, I figured I'd go back to stone, but instead as a Brute, because the name denotes stone and its too effing cool.  Of course Stone Brutes (as well as Stone Tanks) are totally the Flavor of the Decade in the game, but my build is very much contradictory to most Stone Brute dogma (no teleport).  I will tell you this though, I freaking hate the Stone Armor power set and essentially that alone may make him a deleted or moved toon like I did Duchess of Damnation.  This toons only function is to participate in the PvP Reputation farm.

Developed for the singular purpose of confusing heroes in certain zones in order for those heroes to earn a badge that they normally cant get, he has evolved into a character I like to play.  Of course since the release of Issue 10 and the ability for heroes to earn the badge in certain missions, he definitely has to justify his existence on his own.  Conceptually I like this toon, but we shall see.  Currently his only function is to participate in the PvP Reputation farm.

This is a clear concept character, though his powers are essentially the by the book flavor of the month selections for a Robotics mastermind.  He currently resides on Virtue but will be eventually moved to Freedom and I have decided that Masterminds are the villain version of Blasters as my go to AT to play all variations of.  I have ideas for this toon from a story standpoint.
